![]() We had a wonderful time and as mentioned the staff was very friendly and helpful and just a fun day. Otters we watched them interact and where fed which was cool as you sit in the water and watch them through the glass. And the day we went the price dropped a lot. Although it is very expensive we are glad we went. We all enjoyed ourselves and could not believe how fast time goes. I would suggest water shoes or sandals as the sand gets hot. This place is very well laid out and seemed that there was more space than people. I had the coconut salmon with pineapple sauce which was very very good. The 4 of us where very happy with our meal. We then went on the lazy river which is AMAZING. We snorkeled, very cool, and had a soft pretzel and warm chocolate chip cookies, which are amazing. Maybe for our protection they do not let you interact as much as we would of liked. Not sure how I feel about this, although the pictures were great, pricey but great. 10:00 was time for swimming with the dolphins we loved it but it goes very quickly and not real much interaction with the one we had. From there we went and got our vest and Anna is so friendly which she was running around all day with a smile. 9:20 we went and watched the flamingo walk. We had a wonderful breakfast when we got there and 9:00 we went right to the birds to feed them knowing they would be hungry it was amazing as they land on your head we had a lot of fun there. We arrived around 7:45 the line went quickly and staff was very friendly. We had to entice him with a bag of chips.Īs we sat on our lawn chairs a total of 40 minutes the entire day, we did fine without a cabanaĪs you walk in you are surrounded by the beauty of this place. The hardest part of our day was to get the 2 year old out of the water for a short break. And we told them before we went what to expect in each area. We brought a small sand toy for each kid. It was an awesome day and we all loved it. We did the winding River and swam until 5:00 Lunch was another buffet with many options. By this time the bar was open and the adults got a tropical drink which was included in our package.Īfter this, we were basically in the water the rest of the day except for lunch. We picked up smoothies and chips and sat on our lawn chairs at serenity bay. Just watched the fish and rays swim by us. The water temperature was cold but easy to get used to. ![]() Right after, we went to the tropical Reef and went in the water with the fish and rays. ![]() Swim with a dolphin (Swim option only, non swim tickets will not include Dolphin encounter), snorkel amongst tropical fish, glide with rays and relax on white sand beaches. Next we headed over to the bird aviary and fed a few birds. Restricted to a capacity of about 1300 guests a day, it’s a rare opportunity to set your own pace and relax away from the hustle and bustle of traditional attractions. Then at nine o clock when the area by serenity bay opened, we got our lawn chairs with umbrella. After eating breakfast which was a very nice buffet, we put our valuables and clothes to wear home in a locker. The convenience is top-notch: The distance to Orlando International Airport is 20.9 kilometers. You never know how toddlers will react to something new but they loved it. I took my daughter and her two children aged 2 and 4 to Discovery Cove for the day.
